Project Description

DR. KEITH YOHO

Dr. Keith Yoho grew up in Tomball, TX, outside of Houston, where he competed in athletics starting at a young age. He competed in swimming at the state and national level from middle school through the beginning of his college career at the University of Minnesota. After his first year of college, he transitioned to competing in triathlon where he quickly rose to the professional level. His continual training as a swimmer and triathlete led to recurring injuries that were treated through chiropractic care and rehabilitation. He continued his passion for athletics at Texas A&M where he coached with the women’s swim team for 2 years, working with multiple NCAA champions and 2012 Olympians.

Dr. Yoho completed his undergraduate degree in Applied Exercise Physiology at Texas A&M University prior to beginning his chiropractic education at Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri. While at Logan University, he was the president for the Rehabilitation 2 Performance student club where he taught biomechanics and rehabilitation principles to his fellow students. Ha has pursued continued education through many different organizations including certifications from McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy, Motion Palpation Institute, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Functional Range Systems, Functional Movement Systems, Dr. Stuart McGill, RockTape, Neurodynamic Solutions, Active Release Technique, and Graston Technique. This has led to Dr. Yoho developing a multifaceted approach to patient assessment and treatment.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Yoho enjoys the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, mountain biking and hiking with his dog, Cedar.
